Our return policy is as follows:
• Arrow N Boutique and Dawn's MO-tique will except returns on any items that are defective, stained, ruined, etc. Unless there was a prior agreement made. We do my best to inspect items before sending them to you to refrain from these types of issues.
• If you receive your item and it is defective in any way, you have 3 DAYS after receiving the item to let Michelle or Dawn know that you are sending it back with full disclosure of problem.
• Arrow N Boutique and Dawn's MO-tique are NOT responsible for return shipping cost.
• The package MUST have a tracking number so it can be tracked back to Michelle or Dawn.
• Returns will allow you In-Store credit only. You can replace your item with the same thing (if it was defective) or another item that is either on hand or a pre-order of equal or lesser value. Shipping not included. Unless other arrangements were made.
• Arrow N Boutique and Dawn's MO-tique are NOT responsible for buyers remorse or last minute changing your mind after orders are placed or items are shipped. ESPECIALLY on custom orders!
• Sizing issues are understandable on certain items. PLEASE use the sizing chart or written measurements provided! Don't see them? Just ask for the chart or written measurements. If we have problems with more than one item in the order, we will work it out and I will do my best to make things right.
• We strive for amazing customer service and to keep our customers completely happy, so if you have any questions or concerns just contact us directly! EMAIL IS LAST RESORT!!! I do not always get emails as they end up in spam. Call or text before you email please.
