I have a moment to post a little about Arrow N Boutique! I have been meaning to write this for some time now! 😊

I run two businesses from home, this boutique and our ranch business that wears many hats. I am also a stay at home mom of two wild and unruly, but absolutely adorable munchkins (4.5 years old and 2.5 years old). My Great Grandma Dawley always said, 'Idle hands are the devil's playground so I find myself very busy, even when I am not trying. This business gives me both a "job" I love, helps me to support our family, and I have fun while doing it!



I strive for amazing customer service every single day! My entire work history consists of working along side, and with people. I have worked with people of all ages, and I love seeing people happy, happy, happy!

Making sure my customers are satisfied with our items and their interactions with me is #1 to me! I do my absolute best, I can promise you. I have very serious goals and drive for Arrow N Boutique's future. I have nothing to gain in losing customers or making their experience less than satisfactory.



I would like to address some major topics of Arrow N Boutique. 😊

1) Arrow N Boutique is an online based boutique out of Wheatland, Missouri. We do set up at vendor shows, festivals, etc. I try to post when I am going to set up somewhere.

2) I run many pre-orders!

This can be confusing to some people. A pre-order is where I run items on the page. These items have not been ordered yet and are not ready to ship yet.

What I love about pre-orders ---
My customers are able to pick specific colors, patterns, etc. I.E.- Instead of only having 2 colors/patterns or risking not having your specific size --- You get to pick it yourself and have a much larger variety of colors and patterns. I love the variety myself, which is why I decided to also set up pre-orders on my page and in my group!

What I dislike about pre-orders ---
Most pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to get to me, meaning it could take 2-5 weeks to get to my customer's front door. I DO try to post pre-order dates and most are 2-3 weeks. However, not all vendors are on time, holidays, life situations and mistakes do happen, and mother nature has absolutely no rules to abide by. Some of our items come from USA, while others come directly from China, so shipping times do vary!

3) Pre-orders must be paid for, or your item will not get ordered! I have made exceptions for people in the past who take advantage of it, and leave me hanging with items. This isn't always bad, but it is respectful to let me know if you don't plan on purchasing the item.

4) Your item must be paid for before it is shipped to you! I will not ship an item that is not paid for. Same with shipping cost, if shipping is not paid for, I will not ship it. I will do my best on my end, I do expect the same from my customers on theirs.

5) Returns has its own note on the page and in the group. Short and sweet verison: I try to check each item for quality assurance, however, I am not perfect by any means. • If the item is defective, you have 3 DAYS after receiving the item to let me know and get it to a post office. • Proof of defect is required. • Tracking number is required!!! • I am not responsible for return shipping. • You will get in-store credit only, unless other arrangements were made prior.

6) I use PayPal, Square, and cash for purchases. I will take local personal checks only!

ALL personal checks must clear my account before item is purchased.

Square and PayPal Tax is usually added to each invoice total!

7) I use Facebook page as well as our Shopify website. In the "Notes" on Facebook is a descriptive invoice of the items, totals, and other notes.

8 ) I try to get packages sorted and mailed out promptly!

Our USPS and FedEx usually do not arrive until 1:30pm-2:00pm. UPS does not arrive until 6:30pm-7:30pm. Our post office closes at 4:00pm Monday-Friday and 11:45 on Saturday.

I hand write all of my shipping labels and package items myself, so it can take a little bit of time.

Most items will be shipped the very next day after I receive them due to the timing in which the mail runs and organizing packages.

Shipping prices start at $4.00 and go up by weight. I will always use the cheapest method for my customers!

All of my packages have tracking information!

If you want an item over-nighted/next day aired, shipped faster, let me know and I will adjust the price of shipping and get it pulled off for you!

If you are local, I will meet in Wheatland in public places only. I will not deliver to a residence. If I am going close to your town or passing through and it works out to meet, I am all for doing so.

If you paid for shipping and we end up meeting for the item, I will refund you the shipping cost. Same goes if we planned on meeting, but something came up, I will charge shipping

Please show up! If you no-show, I will charge you shipping and mail it to you. Regardless if you live in the same town or not. I am respectful of everyone's time, and would appreciate the same treatment of mine. It takes 30 seconds to text me letting me know if something came up.

9) I am very understanding, if there are issues with paying or meeting for an item, please just send me a message and we can talk about it! Nothing has to be made hard on either one of us.

10) Be respectful. Be kind. Be courteous. Be patient.

As stated above, I am not perfect. I do make mistakes, miss guess arrival and production dates, and have missed the post office on Saturdays.

As a full-time 24/7 365 mother and wife, my family is my Why and my priorities lie with them. If I need to step away quick for questions or call you back, I promise I will respond to all of my messages, phone calls, emails, etc ASAP!

Getting hateful, rude, or blowing up my phone all day or night doesn't do either one of us any good. I conduct myself professionally, and have been there when you are looking for a package, waiting on an item, etc.

If you are frustrated with the timing of arrivals on items, production or shipping times, I can tell you with 100% honesty I am 10× more upset about it than you are, because this is my business.

I can assure you that our businesses and my name mean a great deal to me. I take pride in the woman I am, and the work I do, so doing anybody wrong or making a mistake that may tarnish my businesses or my name is not an option! Ever!

My responsibilities include two toddlers, being my husband's right hand gal through our family businesses, and we do have duties to our livestock so I would appreciate it if you keep calls between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
